Personalised dietary-toxin tracking
myToxi turns a photo of your plate into your numbers — every limit scaled to your sensitivities and your body, across ten toxin classes, in plain language. Not a stranger's avoid-list. Yours.
Built on published research, 1,923 foods, with a plain-English reason behind every number. An informational tool, never medical advice.
You've read the histamine list, the low-mould list, the FODMAP list — and somehow they contradict each other. One says spinach is fine; another says it's a problem. Spinach hasn't changed. The lists were written for a generic body, not a recovering one, and certainly not yours. myToxi starts from the opposite end: from what your body is actually sensitive to, right now, at this stage of your recovery.
Tell myToxi what you're working with the way you'd tell a careful friend: “I'm recovering from mould exposure, I react badly to histamine, and I'm coeliac.” From those words it sets a sensitivity level for each of the ten toxin groups — turning the dials up where you're reactive and leaving them flat where you're not. Your body weight quietly scales every number. Nothing is locked: as you heal, nudge a slider and your whole picture updates. The limits follow your recovery, never the other way around.
“Mould exposure, severe histamine reactions, coeliac. About 72kg.”
Higher sensitivity → a smaller personal daily limit. A meal that's “low” for most people gets flagged for you.
The part that used to take an evening with reference charts now happens before you've put your phone down.
Photograph your meal, or type a sentence like “chicken salad with feta and an olive oil dressing.” That’s the whole input — no barcodes, no scale.
It identifies each ingredient, estimates the grams, and matches every item against nearly two thousand foods and their researched toxin levels.
For each toxin you track: a calm coloured band, the actual amount, the share of your personal limit, and the one food driving it — in plain English.
Sample reading · Tuna poke bowl
Most of today's histamine came from the canned tuna — aged and preserved fish is a common trigger.
Most trackers watch one thing. myToxi keeps an eye on ten — each with its own colour, so you can read a meal at a glance. You only ever see the ones that matter to you.
The point isn't to turn eating into a minefield — it's so that when something is fine, you can see that it's fine.
Every toxin level comes from published research, each carrying a plain-English note so you can always see why a number is what it is — never a black box. If the AI isn't sure it read a photo correctly, correct an ingredient in a tap and the numbers recompute on the spot. myToxi can't diagnose anything and isn't a substitute for your doctor or dietitian. Many people use it alongside the practitioner guiding their recovery — bringing a clear, personalised picture of how they've actually been eating.
You don't have to get your settings perfect today. Start with the one or two sensitivities weighing on you most, log a single meal, and see how it feels. Setting your sensitivities takes a sentence; logging takes a glance; everything is adjustable and nothing is judged.
